Return Policy

We guarantee against manufacture defects on any product on this site. If your item has an obvious flaw, we will gladly take it back and refund you the original purchase price or exchange it for another item of equal value. Shipping & handling fees are NOT refundable.  Custom made items are NOT refundable - So, please be sure you have chosen the correct monogrammed or engraved initials you want and/or the correct font you want an item to be. We will do everything possible to make your request as special as possible.

If you have to return an item to us, email first us at blindtigercreek@hotmail.com within 30 days of your invoice date (does not include shipping time) and let us know that you plan to return an item and the reason why. Items returned to us must be new and in original packaging. Please make sure that you return your Invoice, note the reason for the return, package the item similar to what you received it in and send to us via USPS Priority Mail. Please be sure to insure the package or we cannot accept any responsibility for your return. You will be sent a prompt refund once the item is received. If you desire an exchange, please let us know what item you wish to exchange it for and we will ship the new item promptly once your returned item has been received by us. This policy is only for mechandise that is not engraved or monogrammed.
