Shipping Orders

Blind Tiger Creek offers secure online ordering or you may choose to mail or fax your order. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and PayPal payments direct through our online store. Personal checks, as well as cashiers checks and money orders are also welcome. When paying by personal check, merchandise will not be shipped until after your check has cleared our bank. When you pay by credit card, money order or cashiers check, your merchandise will be shipped within 3 to 5 days. For custom orders, please allow an additional 10 days to process your order. We are sorry, but no C.O.D. orders. For International Orders, please contact us and we will let you know if we can ship to your country.

We ship using UPS and USPS Priority Mail and Express Mail. Priority Mail usually takes approximately 2-4 business days to arrive, but is not a guaranteed delivery time. Express Mail is a guaranteed 1-2 day shipping, depending on where you live. UPS Ground takes up to 5 to 7 days to deliver. UPS Air takes 1 to 2 days to deliver. We package our products in a sturdy cardboard box with bubble wrap for extra protection. We try our best to process and ship all orders within 3 to 5 business days, even during the Christmas holiday season. Special orders require longer processing time.
