How can I find out about the status of my order?
You can view the status of your order online by clicking Order History and entering your order number and zip code.
Is it safe for me to use my credit card? Is your site secure?
Yes. It is safer to use your credit card on our site than at a mall. Our site is equipped with Secure Socket Layer technology. If you access the Blind Tiger Creek site using a secure browser such as Netscape or Internet Explorer, the personal data you send us (name, address, phone number, credit card information, etc.) is encrypted for your protection during the transmission process and can only be decoded by Blind Tiger Creek. What if I am not satisfied with my purchase?
The Blind Tiger Creek Guarantee backs every one of our items. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will exchange your item, unless it is personalized. Non-Personalized Purchases are eligible for exchange within 90 days of ship date. For additional details, please review our return policy.
When will I receive my order?
This depends on the delivery option you select. If you choose Standard Delivery, your order should arrive within 15 business days. If you choose Expedited Delivery, you will receive your order in four business days if none of the items you ordered are personalized, and five business days if you ordered any personalized merchandise. Next Business Day Air service is available Monday through Friday for orders placed by 11 AM CST, pending authorization of your order. Can you ship my order to another address? Can you ship gifts directly to recipients?
Registered members shopping with Blind Tiger Creek Online have the option to ship merchandise to a maximum of twelve different addresses, and include a gift message with each shipment. During the checkout process, you will be given the option to select additional ship-to addresses and assign which items are shipped to each location. Customers who choose to shop as an unregistered guest can only ship to one address and do not have access to gift messaging.
What type of payment do you accept online?
You can pay for your online orders using VISA, MasterCard, Pay Pal and/or Blind Tiger Creek gift certificates.
How do I track my order?

I forgot my password.
